A little bit about us and our dogs
We purchased our first English Setter in 1988 from Breeder Cyndi Taves of Woodrose English Setters. His name was Tip (Woodrose Bit of Raisn Bear) I showed him a bit in Conformation and Obedience.
In 1990 I purchased Tango (A/C Ch. Bromsdale Monimar Tango JH) from Breeder Dianna Bromaghim of Bromsdale English Setters. Tango was my first EVERYTHING. He was my 1st Heart Dog, my first American Canadian Champion and my first dog I took in the field. He produced 4 Champions.
We purchased Tequila in 1996 from Breeder Melissa Newman of Set'r Ridge English Setters. Tequila was our foundation(A/C Ch. Set'r Ridge Monimar Cuervo Gold JH) Tequila Produced 12 puppies and out of those 12 puppies 9 of them received their AKC Championship titles. She was ESAA Runner Up Dam of the Year in 2003. She was the #4 English Setter in the Country in 1999, Breeder & Owner handled, she won 2 Specialties from the Field Trial Bitch Class and went on to win Breed at the Garden in 2000. Making her the only dog in breed history to win Breed at the Garden with a Field Title.
Ocassionally our Daughters join me at shows now a days, they are busy with their own lives. We still work our dogs in the field and have also tried our luck at Lure Coursing, CAT and Dock Diving.
